Hey Guys,
right now I got some time to do some research and right now I’m looking into Shattering an Rigid Body Simulation. Todays RBS tools do great work regarding simulation, even in off the shelf products, but I wonder how todays desturuction VFX Pipelines deal with visually breaking up the edges of their vornoi shattered geo. In features most of the time there are no straight edges in the destructed geometry.
Is annyone here with experience on destruction FX?
How do you guys deal with the straight edges?
