Adjusting splines part of BF 3.1 is done.
Now i’m working on code optimization, fixing some small issues and trying to solve a problem with skin in max 2013.
I’m getting a script error in bony face 3 on max 2012 x64 - when I go to pick the eye objects, I’m getting this error:

Do the eyes have to be parented to anything? Or do they need to have a skin modifier? Or do they have to be epoly / emesh?

Yes, eye is a simple epoly/emesh object without parents and skin modifier.
Also may be you missclicked somehow. Typical situation when user creates splines first and click the spline while picking the eye.
All good - there’s no spline in the scene yet but I’ll try it again just in case there’s anything dirty in the scene - thanks!

I’m getting the same “no ‘get’ function” error as joconnell. It appears to be a problem with the script handling a non-spherical eye mesh. The mesh I have is a hemisphere with a bump where the pupil is located. If I replace it with a sphere, the script works fine. I can send you a copy of the mesh if that would help.
Looking forward to trying out the software if I can get past this problem!
I’ve imported your obj-file with default settings, adjust pivot (center to object and rotate it, so local Z in front vieport looks directly at user) and script takes this mesh as eye object with no problem. Check requirements: http://www.scriptattack.com/maxscripts/bonyface/rushelp/help_3.html
hello…after many attempts to rig the head i finnaly did it…but after skining it really needed to setup…but that error doesnt want me to do it…(ps 3.1 version still bugged on spline phase in 2013 even which is fixed)
after error mes was closed setup window was still unactive
