Bones rigging to my lamp

Hello,

ich have some Problems with my “pixar” lamp
i like to rigg… i cant parent the bones correctly.
Maybe you could help me out and parent it for me ?

Maybe you can parent the bones for me shortly,
there only 3 Bones, not much work for someone who knows
what hes doing…

okay i solved the rigging problem,
there is still one problem with the head controler,
i cant parent the controler to the head correctly, so
the head moves like joint 4.

Could someone help me with this ?
