blenshape to curve control

Hi guys. I was just wondering if there is any script out there that lets me connect all my blenshape to a curve. I know, I am being lazy here. Is just that I have well over 30+ blenshapes and it is a pain to sdk each one.

If anyone know, it will be great. Thank you.
