warpyy yup …tut monopoly
Seratogui ill modify this healin brush to death… mwahaha thanx a million
warpyy nope too lazy to use layers, i just change modes on the brush, where it says normal i switch between colour, i use it to destroy the residual grayness
and hard light they keep the value information, sorta like colouring a sculpture

I’m not much of a painter, but I used your technique/smudge tool for the face… I LOVE IT… works incredible… you can see some more progress here http://www.flickr.com/photos/kylejones/30166120/

You can get the same effect in other photoshop by turning the spacing all the way down to 1 or off and also turn on shape dynamics so the blend will be smooth but not too smooth. By doing this you will creat an airbrushed effect.

I know it’s bumping a little bit, since thread is a little old. But I just wanted to say thanks for the great tutorial! totally changed my way of blending, and through some trial and error has totally improved my work!

With my latest peice, http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=291534 I used your method for blending the skintones… never made it look so nice before, so just want to say Thanks again Nebezial!!!
