Blend shapes demorphing Maya 2010

Hey guys, I’m having a problem with the face shapes on my character.
I rigged the character then made the blend shapes. They work fine, except for when I change the position/rotation of the characters head. It almost looks like the vertices are staying in the same place relative to the 3D space rather than translating and rotating with the character.

Any tips?

sounds like ur deformer order is messed up
