This is my latest work, he is a warrior with his father`s broken sword. I was inspired by martial arts movie.
This character is realtime version of it with color map, specular map and normal maps. Total polycount is 17.800 tris.
I made the basic model and lowpoly model by Maya,and used Zbrush to make all the details. photoshop for texture,mental ray for rendering.

Awesome work! I love this character! I may be nitpicking here but his right shoulder looks like it could use some smoothing, although I realize this is a low poly model. I’d like to see him with a bit more pose, maybe with some bend to his sword arm. Great job!

Wow, he looks amazing. Nice modeling and you obviously know your stuff when it comes to anatomy. Very well done.

looks awesome, but my one critique is that both the pants and shirt appear to be made out of burlap. I don’t know if that was your intention or not, but the weave is too wide for conventional cloth. I could see keeping the pants the way they are, but you might think about redoing the shirt texture as a finer weave, maybe a cotton or linen.

mparker07- Thank you for understanding. I also wanted to make various poses, but it was low polygon so I chose a limited pose becasue to avoid stretching texture.
FabioBrasiliense-your right, it is my personal work so I did not consider for the size of texture seriously. The size are 4096(hair,face,body) and 512(weapon).
