I don’t know why its doing this. I’m using a VUE atmosphere to light this scene and everything looks okay except for the black ceilings on my multi levels. It seems as though its not bouncing the light. I’m using a spectral model with radiosity. Here is an attachment of whats going on http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/4656/blackshadows.png
black vue shadows!? What gives?

I figured out that if you turn off the sky in the Vue options and place a skylight in your scene you can fix the indirect lighting and still keep your atmosphere and direct lighting. You just sacrifice the skylight.
