beta.workshops.cgsociety.org server not responding

Hello,

I signed up (and paid for) the intro to digital painting class. The class videos worked fine . . until Sunday when the beta.workshops.cgsociety.org server stopped responding, and timed out. The problem is still there now. It worked earlier in the day, so perhaps it is a cyclic loading problem.

The cgsociety.org server seems fine, it’s specifically the CGWorkshops server links that don’t seem to work.

I can’t complete any more class lessons until this is fixed; what is going on? For $600, this is a very serious problem, and needs to be corrected ASAP.

Hey Eliot,

We were upgrading our dns server over the weekend which caused some connectivity issues. These have now been resolved, and if you clear out your cache you should have no problems connecting.
