Best Rig for learning 3D animation in blender

Hi guys, been learning blender for about a week now and i’m onto the animating phase. Any one know of a good high quality free rigs i can download for blender that will aid me in learning?

Just curious, why don’t you post this in the Blender section?

I would not search for a rig. But a good tutorial instead.
