I have looked for some monitors under $500. I need an IPS monitor with ultra resolution screen (more that 1920*1080). So far I have foundASUS PB278Q - LED monitor - 27" andDell UltraSharp U2713HM. Do you have any recommendation for choosing a monitor for Graphic and editing work in this price?

I’d probably go with the Asus model you linked to based on price. They both cover all of sRGB which is what REC 709 is based on (for broadcast graphics) so you’re good to go there. The only advantage with the Dell that I see is a USB hub.
I have that Dell and it’s fine but I’ve already sent one back due to failure. I wouldn’t recommend it.
