best 2d morph software

i am new about morph effect , could anyone tell me
what is the best 2d images morph software like change a boy face to gril face
and does it possible replease a boy mouth by a girl bouth just in still pictures?

Since your posting on the AE forum then there is reflex which is a very good morpher for AE:

Shake has a nice one, Nuke’s is ok, DF last I knew only had a grid warper.
