i startet today with Blender 3d with some courses on udemy like that:

Where i can find some more Blender Tutorials who are worth to watch it?

There are many tutorial on the web you can search. Blender Cookie and Blender Guru is just two of them, also you can follow forums here and/or at Blender Artists

I can definitely recommend CG Cookie at http://cgcookie.com (aka BlenderCookie). Best tutorial site I’ve found. BlenderGuru is also good but he tends to move fast. Another good place for tutorials (better than Udemy), is CG Masters, at http://cgmasters.net

I like to watch tutorials from aliyano arango on youtube.

Digital Tutors has gotten into the blender training game. Mark Master has a pretty decent series there on all topics Blender. I’ve only started watching the animation one, but so far so good. Recommended if you have a Digital Tutors account!
