Hi all,
I’m learning character binding with skin modifier in max7. I found some people suggested that after roughly setting the size of the envelops, select all vertices, “Bake selected verts”, and then control by painting weight since after.
My question is … so, the envelops are of no use any more ? Is is possible to save the weight and re-apply it to another similar model ?
Sorry that my question may be too trivial but actually I’m not clear about the whole workflow.
