B-Movie Entry: Torsten Thuenen

#1

Torsten Thuenen is entered in the “B-Movie” update: View Challenge Page

Latest Update: Work In Progress: Layout Test

Hi,
after I missed the last two challenges it’s definitely time to join this one.

I think I will do the “it came from the sink” theme and just scale it down a little with mice as the terrified crowd. So there is the chance that it will be cheesy.

Hey Friend  wish you good Luck … already have a nice start :bounce: keep going

#4

Ahh, yes. It came from the sink. When will people learn to install garburators!!

Cute idea. Descriptive sketch too. No room for misunderstanding.

Cheers

Oh well, i guess there goes my own line “it came from beneath the sink”.
But wait, maybe that´s already the sequel to yours  (Because of the huge success and all…you know) Anyway, i like your idea, good luck.

Tony, Joel, thank you very much.
Torsten, yeah you could do part 8 of the series, but you are also free to pick one of the prequels.

Story:

Almost 10 years back "IT CAME FROM ABOVE"showed us a young and innocent mouse, fighting his way out of the shadow of his overpowering father Mr. Ent.
Eye to eye with the peril in “IT CAME FROM STRAIGHT AHEAD” the young son of the barber gave us the last proof, that he no longer has to hide.
None of us has forgotten his happiest moment in “IT CAME FROM BEHIND” when Rod finally met Sahra.
But as we all know this shouldn’t last for long. One moment of inattention in “IT CAME FROM THE LEFT” not only did cost him his left eye but it looked as he had lost Sahra forever.
We witnessed a warrior who had lost almost all of his strength and courage in “IT CAME FROM THE RIGHT” causing marks not only on bis body, which will never vanish again.
Finally “IT CAME FROM BELOW” showed us the reinvigorated hero, who managed the impossible and brought back Sahra from a place no one thought anyone would be able to.

Now, in this seventh instalment of the series Rod has once again to come back to save the earth from a threat far greater and more deadly than ever before. Leaving back his island and his beloved Sahra he has to grind his blade for one last time.

Expect deeper cuts, louder screams and for the first time ever…

exploding cheese.

Be prepared, because “IT RETURNED FROM BELOW”.

Hey! That’s a pretty cheezy story you got wrapped up there! And your hero character looks both handsome and brave

Torsten,

Fantastic concept. I think the best ideas often come from below, so this is definately a keeper.

Brilliant models so far, as well. Are the streets going to be styrofoam? The cardboard diner is just . . . wow.

Love this entry.

Nice to meet you.

#16

Really cool model. Totally dig the broken fork holding the canopy up, and the band-aid keeping it stuck to the bar. Really funny stuff.

Love the cardboard bar. That band-aid is a great touch.

#18

Nice idea, i really like the model of the cardboard house, really well executed

#19

Loving that cardboard diner! keep up the good work! :wip:

I love watching you create your 3D contraptions. They are always original, elegantly modelled and great fun. That cheesy cardboard bar held together with tape and bandaids is superb.
