Nice concept, a totally B-Movie idea, cool!! :smiley:

Like your thumbs 2 and 3. Perhaps you can add a bit more space in the upper part of this two thumbnails, to surround a bit with the background the action. Only a comment :slight_smile:

Title design is very important to B-movie posters. So I went ahead a worked this up. Of course this is subject to change based on input by the rest of you.

Here I enlarged the thumbnail that I liked best to the final size of the poster. I’ll use this as the guide to sketching the poster itself. At this point everything is subject to change.

Now I’ve sketched the drawing into a new layer and will begin painting underneath. As always everything is subject to change.

I know at this point that I will have to completely redo the damsel-in-distress. However, I will probably go ahead and ad the color just to keep everything together color-wise. This points out the advantage to using layers to organize things. I started using the Smeary Oil brush in Painter, but backed off and used the airbrush instead.

I have redrawn the female character and am ready to start adding color.

Working in more color on both of the figures. Still using the airbrush mostly, however I am also using “Just Add Water” and the “Scratchboard Tool”, as well.
