B-Movie Entry: Octavio Ribeiro

Final pose for the big brain of my comp.
I made some changes on the final materials, think it looks better now.

After a dense (but quite creative/useful) talk with my brother, he convinced me to change the material of the flying saucer (I agree, it looks better this way)
Also, after a “happy accident” ( like Bob Ross used to say) I was making a “special effect” for the saucer spheres, which looked “waaaay better” as background for the lower part of the comp :stuck_out_tongue:

A “test” on low res of the final layout of my image. This will probably be the final layout of the comp, yet I still have to make some canvas “resize” and wait for some renders to finish so I can start all the work in photoshop.
Also Im still figuring out which color reads better for the body of the Big Brain.
Almost there…

In the furthest and darkest corner of the galaxy, once existed a race of highly intelligent beings, whose bodies were so mutated and twisted due to ages of techno contamination, that they decided to cast them away in favor of more useful and resilient techno-bodies. But they made a terrible mistake, because now their brains could no longer produce vital chemicals…
So now, they roam the space, searching for suitable creatures to drain them from this chemicals and when they can no longer produce them, they use the poor souls as ?central core? for their invasion robot army.
Now, Earth is on sight… and humans are on the menu.

This is my entry for the B-Movie challenge… and here´s the background story behind the image:
