Hey Ppzek, I drive by lots of farms going to and coming home from work, and they look different to me now somehow! Nice work, love the looks in the eyes of your recent post.Looking forward to your finished piece:-) Dreif

#23

Thank you Dreif, im glad i made that impression on you! Still working towards the final piece. Good luck to everyone.

#24

So heres how its coming along, ive still a lot painting to do, and haven`t decide nothing about the lettering and stuff like that. As usual any critics are welcome.

Good luck everyone

#25

Progress so far, still a lot of work to be done on the snakes.

Cheers

The only thing I can say is that the cow is blending in too much with everything in the background. You need to pop it a bit and you can do it with lighting. A red spotlight pointing upwards should do the trick.

#27

Thanks for your critic aim, the thing is that i color corrected the sky and totally forgot about it, as you mentioned the blending i was obvious and i color corrected again and its fixed! Thank you.

More painting and adjustments, think ill take the image to painter to give it a little touch, after that ill dedicate the remaining time to lettering and stuff.

Cheers

Finally i found a catch phrase the i was happy with!

Well, what can i say…phewwww…was a pleasure to work with all of you hard working lads, hope you all had as much fun as i did and also learned as much.

Good luck everyone! Muhhhhh

After thousands of years of being explored, cows made a pact with the devil. Now they are armed with superpowers and ready to kick some farmers butt! But wait, after a lifetime of sacrifices working on the farm the old couple isn`t going down just like that. PAW PAW :stuck_out_tongue:

I decided to let this one go free! Now the image is free, finally! Well 30G of data later, many hours and a LOT of fun, changes, dreaming, etc, im happy with the looks of it, its more or less the image i had in mind when i first started, learned a lot, still a lot to learn!

Funny stuff: i got to the names of the “actors” by saying a phrase and then writing a name that suits, guess what, they actually exist! Ahah.

Cheers

Hey Luis,

Cool final image, like a lot the lighting mood on it, really great environment for the image
The characters and that evil cow look fantastic, great work.

My only concern is the big space over the man, If you want, maybe you can rise him and a bit to the left, beside the head of the snake. (I know that is your final image, but you can resubmit your final image, not are problem with that)

Cool work and congratulations on your finish! Cheers!!

Thanks for your comment Ferx, really appreciate it.

About the composition suggestion, i think is a good idea, but cant do it anymore, i only modeled what i was kinda seeing so i have no legs to show, and because of the render passes and masks i had to re-render or do a massive paint-over! :P Also theres an horde of evil cows on the left side by the barn, you cant see them well with a bad image quality like this unfortunately. The original image is 4k by 2k so i detailed it quite a lot.

Anyways, was an amazing lesson, and again good luck everyone.
