great stuff! I just hope u’ll make the monkey bigger or at least more chubby? The concept looked soooo authentic that it would be too bad loosing that in the final piece. But I know that its just a testing stage at this point, so Im not worry one bit that u’ll make it right at the end :slight_smile: Keep up the good work!

NinjaA55N, I totally agree. The concept had a more cartoony feel that is not the intention for the final piece but as I said before, if I have the time, I’ll make a variation, where the characters are back to a more cartoony look. Thank you so much for your input man. Your entry is kicking a$$!

Looking good so far, really love the turquoise blurry deep water effect arround the IRS upper arm. :wavey: What is your plan for the monkey fur… Poly or maybe shave and haircut?

Great.

A chunky monkey holding a moonshine jug (retro bear can), smoking some cubans, holding the hand of a beautiful woman. If the IRS sends their alien goon, then the suspect must be heavily into blackmarket contraband, and living beyond his means.

Truly inspired design work. The Nosferatu teeth on the alien are brilliant. :buttrock: He needs a UFO with tinted windows and government plates.

Really amazing progress on this thing. I turn my head away for 2 days and BLAMO! there`s like 5 huge updates.

Were you planning on putting any kind of clothes on Bonobo Jones? I have nothing against nudity whatsoever, however It is my opinion that the monkey junk doesn`t work well with the comedy and wittiness of the poster. Regardless, I’m sure sure it’ll all look awesome in the end.

Totally loving the actor names, btw. Manny Enasuit is priceless.

I have to say that is pure genius! Your layout out is good so is the use of type and characters. The one thing that really grabs my attention and keeps me laughing is the title and the name Bonobo Jones:thumbsup: Can’t wait for the finished image.
