For my B-Movie piece, I’m deciding to make a tribute illustration related to my personal side project: Henshin. Since Project Henshin was inspired by Power Rangers/Super Sentai I decided to make a retro-style illustration poster.

I decided to go with this composition. The main hero battles the evil space queen’s right hand guardian while a giant robot prepares to terrorize the city. And of course the supporting cast is show on the side in true B-Movie poster/ Comic book fashion.

I’m thinking of giving the hero a retro blaster instead of a saber to differentiate the characters. I’m open to suggestions on the hero pose. I think it could be better, I’ll work on it.
