B-Movie Entry: Jose Maria Gomez Brocos
Hello, my first idea is based on a frame of the Son of Frankenstein. The idea is to put various monsters through the cemetery and a man sleeping next to a gravestone.
I don’t mean to be harsh, but I don’t know how to sugar coat it. So you’re warned.
There are some really weird anatomy issues going on there. I can see that you just flipped half his face without evening out the mid section.
He has no cheekbones, and bout the upper and under lips look squashed in the middle. His nose is also really squished in the center. The wrinkly bags under his eyes don’t look realistic either, but I don’t know if you’re going for realism or if its a mask
I suggest you make some minor asymmetric features. and study human faces. Particularly lips and noses, but also cheeks, necks and ears… facial anatomy in general.
If you want I can do some “lines” when I get home?
Hi, thanks for the comments. My intention is not very realistic, considering that is the Frankenstein monster, hehe. The nose is flattened like a boxer and I have ears went well. Your lines will be welcome. Greetings.
You got to think about the “fact” that the Frankenstein monster is made out of corpses
He is usually portrayed as a man whit a huge forehead and a powerful build, but a man non the same.
I’m not really good doing lines, but I hope it helps.

Neck should be wider. Ears should be more independent. I think the other lines speak more for themselves.
I’m not sure if his head should be narrower on the sides or not…
I suggest you take a look at this:

I suggest looking at the transparencies on the Level II. Try combining bouth Skull and Muscles.
