B-Movie Entry: Jettatore

#1

Jettatore is entered in the “B-Movie”

Submissions removed. Work + relocation + a personal side project that just proved more interesting overall, stole my time/motivation away from this project/challenge. Good luck to all entrants.

The first concept I have in mind is having little bacteria/insect/alien critters being afraid of normal sized human beings and running away in terror.

“Attack of the Normal Sized Man”

In order to get the idea across clearly. I think I would need to make the image actually of the little creatures looking at a movie poster. As if they had their own little world and humans were a mythical fear.

#3

The human should be carrying horrible looking cans of lysol!

#4

Initial place holder for a potential concept.

#5

Probably obvious, but the Wikipedia entry on B-Movies is pretty informative.

I get the magnifying class, relative to your concept, but what are the theatres?

#11

Proofing. Just focusing mainly on layout and concept and paying almost no attention to any other form of aesthetics.

Basically these little bacteria thingies, have a society similarity to our own, set back in the 1930’s. The scene will be of a New York City esque movie theater which has just put up a gigantic advertisement for a B-Movie -“Attack of the Humans”. This monstrosity of an ad was carelessly pasted over the front of the entire building obscuring some residents windows (some have started to revolt).

The final image will likely be a combination of 3D and Digital Painting.

#13

sounds cool! that makes sense.

#14

Just fiddling with composition and layout.
