this is the first idea i had for the image…

Worked a bit of lighting on it, wanted to give it a bit of that eerie feel to it by putting a focus light at the back as where the zombies are headed. I remember watching the movie Zombie dairies, where the camera man was the protagonist through out the feature, interesting concept that was also used in blair witch and Pranormal Activities, B grade movies that made big the handy cam style. I wanted to include this into the painting, lets see how it turns out.

Well i’m quite happy with the final image, it gives that sense of mystery. How i explained previously on Zombie Attack pt2, I wanted to include that recent “handy-cam” style to the image, and turned out very good. Added a date in for 2012, some random date for that year.Who says that the end of the world had to be with earthquakes and natural disasters ? zombies man zombies.

Hey Edward,

Nice concept and image.

I know that is your final image, but maybe you can add some “element” more defined to close the concept, and not all in the fog. Perhaps a the crisped hand of the camera man. or a more defined monster walking to the camera. Only a comment :slight_smile:
