Hi everyone in the board. First of all, let?s me tell you about my inspiration. I have recently seen the movie ?2012?, related to the world disaster, and think that ?why the nature force is so powerful?.

Also, another B-movie, I saw, is ?INVADERS FROM VENUS?, related to the alien invader. After I saw this movie, I realize that the alien technology is really dangerous and they might use it as tools to threaten the human being. Then, I catch some idea from these two movies and finally include it into this 50ft B-movie challenge in the ?freaky? style lol.

From the previous post, it follows by the idea that, in the contemporary day, there is much natural disaster occurs to this world we lived, such as earthquake in Haiti. People therefore concern the issue and have campaign to safe the world, such as reduce CO2 emission. I ensure that human today do all greedily harvest several benefit and consume natural resources from this world without any good recognition.

This leads to a fact that many natural forces strike them back. And finally

My 1st rough sketch: It will relate to the monster that generate by bad human behavior, such as selfishness. This monster sleeps long under the earth and then is waking up by the mankind.

wow, it looks like a really complex image, good luck with it! lots of work to do there :scream:
I think that compositionally, there’s a lot of things going on in the image, which is not bad, but you should not forget to prioritize them somehow (with values for example) so that it’s not a complete mess… looking forward to the rest of it!

Hi on, this is my colour sketch

Wow, that’s quite a lot going on in your composition! The next thing you ned to think about doing is deciding what are the most important parts and brightening them up. Right now everything is the same value: If you looks at a greyscale version of this piece, everything would blend together, nothing would stand out. Using lighter values will help certain parts pop out more. Here’s another test you can do: Just look at your thumbnail image in the forums. Even at that teensy size, you ideally want some of your layout to be clear so that people can tell what’s going on… Not that it’s important as much from a thread thumbnail standpoint, it’s just a really good way to tell whether your layout is working! Also, everything in the image has an equal amount of noise (which is to say, a lot!) Having it all so similar makes everything blend together too. Try keeping the noise on the areas you want the viewer to focus on and simplifying the rest: You may find that it helps make your image clearer.
Good luck!
