Thanks for the link! The next MudBox looks pretty nice. The hardware based occlusion was pretty slick and really adds so much more to viewing the detail. Does anyone know when it will be released? Siggraph?

mudbox2009 release date>>
should be no longer than 90days from showing the product at siggraph 2008 as it’s a public company and that ususally means new apps when shown need to ship within 90 days barring finding a huge bugs in the app.

In the press release I believe they specify an October release. I’m still waiting on any information about any student/basic version.
