Hello, I am a master student and prepare for applying PhD in CG field. I am currently following a professor, who focuses on the traditional CG like Berstein-Bezier form, B-spline, and subdivision, and learning related knowledge. Although my professor is studying the modeling, it may be the traditional one based on geometric, parametric, or procedural methods, I am more interested in applying ML techniques like GANs, CNNs into 3D modeling, and hope to develop some the new techniques which can be implemented in video games. I would appreciated that you can provide some advice on this and some relevant materials like papers or something else.
