Anyone know dreamweaver in here

#1

I am in the process of designing a website but is having problems with dreamweaver ultra dev since i am fairly new to it. the page has three frames in it. I have a design problem. when you create frames for pages… they automatically come with some sort of border that wont let you place info/images right to the top left portion of the window.

My question is this. how do u get rid of that border (i want to place three images to make it look like one piece). it is clearly visible if you have grids turned on.

Or, do i need to use frames whatsoever to design what i want, which is a static top portion with a navigation bar that opens up submenus to the left fram and has all the content on the main window.

Attached example page with red lines to show where i want the frames. Thanks in advance
