Anybody knows IK-spline like this?

I watched a YouTube tutorial teaching IK-spline, here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YA8IlOiBb0c I followed it and tried to do it correctly, but why this guy could bend it, and I couldn’t. I follow every steps, don’t know what’s going on

I am a learner. I know what went wrong, but I can’t solve it.The null control when rotate,has not realize multi-object rotation angle offset.You could take this method.
