Rebecca, If this is not the sort of thing i am supposed to put here please feel free to move me to the WIP 2d art section.
Heya, i am doing a painting since i have been inspired by the work of Robert Mcginins ( james bond illustrations). Well my initial sketch on paper i thought my anotomy was correct, or with in the realm of coorectness. It could be considered an ideal, but can i have some tips on the anatomy of my girl? This is mainly considering the body, proportions of the body, how she is standing, and controposto, all that with especial attention to the hips since they seem to be weakest point. Another thing that I tend to do (and not notice) is to make my bodies to big near the feet, and have the figure getting smaller and smaller untill the head. I have looked at the drawing too long and I feel that I need another eye. So any crits or comments would be absolutley awsome.
