ANIMATION - VErY BASIC RIG NEEDED. wll pay $$

Hello,
I am working on an animation, and am having problems skinning and rigging this model. the wire and renderof the model can be found on www.wyvernstudios.com/1.jpg. I’m basically making a jade dragon that comes to live and moves. I dont need a fancy rig, but I would like the dragon to move its tail a bit, its arms, neck and head and look around. I will supply the 3ds model involved, and am willing to pay for it as well. We are an animation company in India and are working on a few demo projects. We will keep you in mind as well in the future for work.
