The timing looks pretty good, but I think the interpolation should be a bit smoother.

For me, the main thing is that the body moves very fast sometimes while the hands seem locked in place. I would put money on the fact that you are using ik on the hands throughout which some say is good practice but it can mean some un-naturalness in the movement, particularly the elbow. I think you need to get some more swing in there.

I think the timing is pretty good but the animation is very straight which makes it less alive. Perhaps try pulling your curves a bit. Maybe you should think more in circles. When he’s lifting you could push the weight just a little bit more. Now just one final notion.When he’s walking backwards, it’s like the floor is very sticky.
