I don’t know if I understand what you mean by “animate the object deletion”, but if you are talking about making an object disappear, you can create a visibility track and animate the object’s visibility.
This video shows how you can do that:

The visibility track works for many cases. Be aware that you need a different solution if you are using Arnold, which does not currently support the visibility track.
