Hi
Thomasphoenix
A real pleasure seeing your work,…The Burne Hogarth legacy lives on I see.
I studied under him for a year, many years ago, 1979 or 80 I think, been a longe time.
A very inspireing man, and a great great teacher. I still find myself searching through
his books for the answers. Anyway just wanted to say, keep up the great work!

Hi Thomas, this is what I said about your work, that was quoted as a title at the cgtalk main irc channel.

So I 'll just repeat it here. I see a lot of confidence in the way you draw. Shows in all those short strokes. keep it up!

Hi
Thomasphoenix
Gets better with age I think. The thing I noticed about him was his speed, his drawing
seemed to pour out of his hand, as smooth as water, like it was second nature to him.
He would whip out these lifesize conte crayon drawings in no time flat, at amazeing
speed, mind boggleing, all from his imagination, and could do any race of person you
could think of.
He showed me some of his sckech books one time, they were filled with different action
poses he was createing. The books were small, maybe six by eight, filled with figure
drawings done in red pen or pencil, I can’t remember which, what I do remember, is
how there were no errors, just pure crestal clear thought realized on paper.
Left me amazed is all I can say.
Well I don’t want to ramble on too much, so,… KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !..
It’s a pleasure seeing it.
Take Care
Glenn
