Hey, friends!! Great post!!

Congratualation Gunilla!

This style of drawing (of the Renaissance!!??) is most interesting of history. To work with it, shows knowledge. I study the drawings of architecture of this time!!!

I did not read all posts, but I intend to make this. Therefore, I like your work, principly with this subject.

Good luck

#176

Knock, knock ? :scream: ahahahaha

It’s starting to be really long :wip:

#177

Diego - Hi and thanks for liking the idea! Do you have any architecture WIP for your studies?
It would be interesting to see. I do take an interest in old time scientific and medical illustrtion, not only for it shows the view of art for that time but mostly since it says a lot of the view of what it meant to be a human. Many things that where perfectly normal then strucks us as quite bizarre … I find it fascinating.

Steph - OK, OK - Queen of Snails, I got it :scream:

I’ve found out a decent way to make shortcuts for stills, meaning not modeling but 2,5 drawing parts… did a small pancreas yesterday just for testing. I will try something similar for my pic today - thanks for pushing

#178

Some tests for drawing organs instead of modeling - what do you think? Pancreas looks good enough to eat … perhaps to much jelly…hmmm

#179

Looks yummy
Now I’m the only one who hasn’t drawing skills at all …
Looks really good to me , but have you decided to draw your Venus ?
What about the ZB lerning session ?
Do you plan to mix them with your organs already done ?
What about your 6th finger ?
Do you like graps ?

:scream:

#180

Haha- someone’s filled with questions today  And so good not to be the only one updating during the weekend!

Let’s see:
Of course you got drawing skills, you just have to try it
No, Venus will definitely be modeled and then painted - all in ZB
ZB learning session is going - this is drawn in zb directly, by using the ZB 2,5D painting tools!
Yeah, I probably do something with mixing now - some parts will be all 3d and some will be 2,5d (that’s really 2d with a 3dlook, like bevel in PS) I’ve just started to model the kidneys so they will be all 3d too.
sixth finger is slowly aching
Definitely like grapes — ouch, now you got me thinking of splitting pancreas again

One good thing I tried since I miss the control I have with splines/paths so much- is to make an B&W drawing in PS using the Pen tool, then importing it and use it as an alpha brush in ZB - I probably to the veins and arterys for her in this way - stay tuned!
OK - back to the kidneys then :wavey:
