This is my second attempt at a Matte Painting. I did it in about 30 minutes. Please critique and comment on it. I know it can be better. ALL comments are welcome, especially the negatives.

It’s a very nice matte painting. I think you could spend more time on the composition. Both the main tree and tall dark mountain are on the right so the eye zooms up to them and stops. It would be better if there was a visual path were the eye meandered through the landscape. Think how shapes in the landscape lead the eye from one area to another. For example the tree could be on the left with the hill on the left. This will balance things out.
Hope this helps. But hey if you did this in 30 secs, then thats amazing!
