Hi, my first post here, learning AE…
Is it possible to have aliased fonts in AE, I mean non-antialiased, like in the attachment or right on this web page in this thread? Or the only way to import an image right into it?

Why not just use a font that looks like that? Your computer should have a few already installed, but if not, you can look at places like www.dafont.com
For example, I found this in about 3 clicks.
http://www.dafont.com/apple.font
That’s how I’ve always done aliased fonts when I need them.
Again, what a great website you mentioned, thanks! …but seems that if you need a real aliased screen pixels you need to make a screenshot picture for import to AE. I’m very new here, I dont have a practical need for that yet, but for modern monitors with high resolution you MAY need a very small and clearly readable text (about 8 pixels) in your videos.
