After Effects final university project testers

Hi I’m a final year student at the University of Winchester, studying Media Production. I’m creating three 3-4 minute pieces entirely in After Effects for my final year project (fyp).

I’ve recently learnt how to create fire in after effects and would appreciate some much needed feedback on the two following attempts. Such as opinions on the movement of the flames, colouring, which one looks more realistic.

I have uploaded opening sections of two of my final projects. These are just short clips at the moment as its constantly a working progress, till my hand in date of may 4th.

I’ve received feedback from my tutor about adding some lights to give it more depth but would appreciate more feedback to help me improve my work. Alongside these projects I also need to write a 5000 word critical reflection so the more feedback I get the better.
