After Effects error: zero denominator in ratio multiply. (17 :: 17)

#1

I am getting the following error whenever I drag through the timeline in after effects:

After Effects error: zero denomianator in ratio multiply. (17 :: 17)

It’s really beginning to annoy me now as I have had this error a couple of times in the past. If anyone could shed some light onto why this is happening I would be hugely appreciative.

Thanks

Chris M

Do you have a non-standard film aspect ratio or resolution?

From Mylenium’s excellent error database:
http://aeerrors.myleniumstuff.de/?p=138

Although this is error 17::16, the problem seems very similar.

Could also be a non-standard/not exact frame-rate. Try changing the frame rate in ‘interpret footage’
