when i click to open After Effects and its loading, a little text always shows saying “9% used of 1013MB” which i believe means that AE is taking up 9% of my RAM at that point.
The problem, how do i increase the RAM AE is using, increasing it from that 9% to higher percentage,so to make AE work much better.

Watch your task manager and see, that AE already consumes a lot more RAM! Every effect, every additional layer etc. Will make AE use more RAM. The rest is of no consequence. Memory allocation on any modern OS is fully dynamic.
