Advice needed please

Greetings,
for the past 2 years i 've been studying in an economic school, not a private school which you pay… it’s the free public schools you enter after your high school exams… (btw in Greece).
I never liked this stuff so i stopped this year and i want to go abroad to study 3d animation & vfx…
the problem is all the schools i have been looking require a portfolio of hand drawing, and as matter of fact i dont have any drawing skills or actually 3d software knowledge (due to my single core 8 years old pc -.-[looking forward to upgrade])… but i am willing to learn anything i 'll need to know to get in a colege. i believe i can learn fast things that i like…
so where should i start? can i apply directly to a college or start off here in Greece? there are some “private” schools here that can teach 3d animation or sketching & stuff… although they are pretty much worthless, but i think its a “cheap” way to build a portfolio…the courses last 2 years and its about 2.000 ~ 3.000 Euro annual…
What else could i do? when i upgrade my pc, a subscription on digital tutors is for sure…
but what about my drawing skills?
any advice, opinions should be appreciated…
thanks in advance

Why don’t you consider online schools and courses, google it, there are many of them.
I personally been to:

CG Society Workshops
CGTarian Online School
AnimationMentor
FXPHD
3DBUZZ

Just check their courses, choose what you like, and go for it!
