Advanced Falsh Programmer
This individual will be required to design and develop concepts and
create Flash-based content from start to finish, maintaining quality
and consistency throughout the design.
Common projects will include the use of Flash video, animation and
database integration via Remoting.
Position Summary
As an experienced Flash developer, you will have a thorough knowledge
of Actionscipt 2.0 (AS2) have real world experience developing and
deploying Flash sites.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to work and communicate effectively with the main office in USA
Ability to lead a project as well as work solo if the situation arises
Develop and integrate reusable code for a range of projects using
ActionScript
Job Requirements
Practical knowledge and use of Flash and ActionScript 1.0 and 2.0
3+ years experience developing GUIs and other user-centric experiences
Experience working with XML
Deep knowledge of Flash Compression techniques and file structuring
practices. Deep knowledge of Flash animation techniques using both the timeline
and programmatic motion. Experience integrating Flash video into Flash applications
Experience creating dynamic Flash applications that use server side
technologies especially Flash remoting. AMFPHP is a must.
Portfolio showing cutting edge Flash designs/implementations for the web
Willingness to do non-Flash work when needed. Strong problem solving skills and an attention to detail down to the pixel level
Strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas,
concepting capability as well as technical ability with tools
Strong verbal and written communication
Passionate about interactive and where the web is heading
Ability to communicate complex visual and structural concepts
Proficiency hand-coding HTML, XML, CSS, and Javascript, and any other
web development languages
Extra Skills (not required, but a plus)
Experience with motion graphics (video, film, 3D)
Video editing and experience w/video effects is a plus
Pay will be on par with the market standards.
