Additional effectors?

Hi all
Im very new to motion builder, so im sorry if this is a n00bish question.
I have characterised my model with a FK/IK control rig and everything works well… but i have additional joints in the facial (mouth, eyes, brow) area and I would like to manipulate these joints. Is there a way to add effectors to these joints ontop of my already characterised, so i can make my face move?
