Add geometry to sculpt

What’s the best process for adding extra parts to an already worked on sculpt? I’d like to add some teeth and kinda didn’t think about that when I started my sculpting…

model it in an external app and import them…

Thanks, but I meant if you want to actually make it a part of the existing mesh? So if I’d want to add teeth as part of the current mesh?

Is there a quick way to do this?

export the lowres… model the teeth…
import the lowres into the highres scene…
bake a 32bit dispmap between them…
displace the ne new lowres…
