see how your legs are popping. Thats because your legs are fully extended.
If your rig has auto stretch, use it. Or just make sure your legs never get 100% straight.
This will help avoid pop.

Your character has no weight. The frame after the passing pose should feel like your character will fall over if he doesnt step.

All an all, you need to study like a mad man, because your still way off. Spend a day studying and with your next playblast, let me see your notes on what you want to change about it.
I need to see that you are critiquing as well, instead of just leaving it up to the poor soul like me to do the work for you.
Make a note of ten things wrong and equally what you will do to fix it. Before you go in doing it.
I dont feel you are thinking things through. Forgive me if this sounds bad.\

People can help you better if you use a frame counter too.

Hey man,

Have you done the digital tutors tutorial on walk cycles yet??

I did that b4 doing my own walk cycle. Million times easier that way aye.
