sorry my english is low. when i use the z channel to make a lens blur, i usually can not control it,and it looks not good.(i am a renderer , sometimes i have to composit by myself.maybe i am not good at it). i just know AE’s lens blur tool . have anyother ways to do it?

Try using an adjustment layer with a fast blur or directional blur added, then just rotoscope out the foreground character / element
I have tried it as you said .but it looks like no bright spots given. I’ll Keep On Trying,with other ways.
