40k Mega-armored-nob

I was looking through War-hammer onlines concept work by Daarken. He’s got some sweet stuff.

I’m basically a basement artist who does it for fun, but I tried my hand at designing my own “ork” from the 40k universe.

about 10 hours work, I’m not so fast.

looking for some critique, I can see a few already myself but some others would help as well.

I don’t know anything about Warhammer. It’s certainly an odd character. I can’t stop imagining him trying to make a cup of cocoa.

When he scratches an itch, does he use the razor claw or the machine gun?

As a painting it’s pretty good. I don’t see anything in particular to remark on, except maybe that he doesn’t have any shadow.

yeah those are all 40k traits. The actual miniatures are even more ignorant. However…someone ought to do a more realistic interpretation of them…so You make a good point. I think I came only half way so A.k.a I failed. But next time! lol

Good work ,If i had to crit it would be the red wire on the back of the left leg ,makes the leg look flat.

#5

That’s right. Maybe mot the wire itself, but the shadow.

Great Stuff. I like the face on his crotch.
Is the gun on his left arm or right arm - it changes on front/back view…
