3dsmax animation/rig problems

Hi guys, im currently having this problem on an animation i have to perform,
if you could check these videos

VIDEO 2

The problem im having is, those two little parts of the muscle are coliding with the bone structure, which shouldnt be hapening.

So is there a way to avoid these colisions?
Im furious about this, cant solve this problem in any way.

Another thing is, how can i make the bicep squash be more noticable?

I would apreciate some help from you guys.
