3ds user wanting more info

Hey guys. I’m a Max user and I was hoping for some more info about modo. it looks really interesting and I was wondering if anyone here could give me some ideas of what’s it’s like using this program vs Max. Thanks

Have you been to the www.luxology.com page? It has videos you can download showing some tools and UI. I come from Max myself and I really enjoy what modo offers. You will miss a few tools from max but overall I’ve found modo to be a great program. It also strikes a good balance between using a manipulator and not using one so adapting from max shouldn’t be hard.

I’m hoping that with such a good 1.0 release, we can expect better things to come from this program.
