3DS MAX Tutorials

HI,
I am in need of a 3DS MAX tutorial DVD, that teaches you modeling, texturing, animation and rendering. It doesnt have to do all those, but hopfully the first 2. I have seen the Mastering 3ds Max: The Fundamentals DVD from 3D Buzz, but they do not ship to South africa, where i live. I would greatly apreciete if some one tells me about a DVD that fite my criteria.
