3DS MAX Tutorials

Hi,
I am in need of a really good fundimentals DVD for 3DS MAX. I have seen the Mastering 3ds Max: The Fundamentals DVD, but i live in south africa, and it does not ship there. So could some one please tell of of another, similar DVD for sale, that teaches you modeling, textureing and animation all in one, or at least the first 2 of the things.
